How to Book
Deposit Reduced to $250 during CoViD Period!
Please read through the following sections.
Reserve a place
The Trip Page indicates the availability of cabins/bunks on the boats which are sailing. When you add your preferred cabin option to your shopping cart it will be held there for 5 days whilst you investigate your flight options and book your flights. If you don’t see availability for the one you favour, it may still become available after a few days if someone doesn’t confirm their place, so it might be worth dropping us an email to check.
If you prefer to do things manually, please call or email to check that we have the place(s) you require on you chosen trip. If we have the space(s) available, we will reserve them for you for 5 days, whilst you investigate your flight options, and send you a Booking Form for completion. There is no commitment from you at this point, but please do let us know if you decide not to go ahead with your booking.
Book Your Flights
When you have reserved a cabin, you can go ahead and book your flights, safe in the knowledge that you will have a place on board!
If you need any advice on potential flight routes into your start location, please just complete the Enquiry Form here with the name of your preferred departure airport and we’ll do our best to give you some possible options.
Complete the Booking Form
Once you are happy with your flight details, return to your shopping cart and click Proceed to Checkout; you will be asked to log in or to Register in order to complete to complete an online Booking Form, or return your completed manual Booking Form. Once we have received your Booking Form, there is now a contract in place between us (as per our Booking Terms & Conditions). If you are doing things manually we will issue an invoice for the cost of your holiday.
Pay your Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your place and complete our contract. Once you have complete an online Booking Form you will be logged into the system to continue to the Checkout and pay your deposit. Or when you receive your manual invoice, please remit the deposit payment according to the bank details supplied on our Booking Form within 7 days. We also accept PAYPAL which enables you to pay with a credit card, even if you don’t have a Paypal account.
Note that if you are booking within 6 weeks of your departure date, the full amount is payable at this time.
Pay the Balance
The balance of your holiday is payable any time prior to 6 weeks before your holiday start date. This can be done online by logging into our website.
