How to Book

Search by Date, by Sailing Location, or by Level of Experience

You can browse our sailing holidays in a number of different ways; to see which trip best fits in with your holiday dates or level of sailing experience, take a look at our Sailing Calendar; if you have a particular location in mind, then take a look at Where We Sail and see when we’re sailing the islands that you’d like to visit.  We occasionally run special focus trips, too, like Women Only or Singles Meet-Ups.

Check Availability

Please call or email to check that we have the place(s) you require on you chosen trip.  If we have the space(s) available, we will tentatively reserve them for you for 7 days, whilst you investigate your flight options, and send you a Booking Form for completion.  There is no commitment from you at this point.

Investigate & Book Your Flights; Return the Booking Form

Once you are happy with your flight details, return your completed Booking Form.  Once we have received your Booking Form, there is now a contract in place between us (as per our Booking Terms & Conditions) and we will issue an invoice for the cost of your holiday.

Pay your Deposit

When you receive your invoice, please remit the deposit payment according to the bank details supplied on our Booking Form within 7 days.  We also accept PAYPAL with a 3% surcharge.  Note that if you are booking within 6 weeks of your departure date, the full amount is payable at this time.

Pay the Balance

The balance of your holiday is payable any time prior to 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

We’ll send you an Information Booklet well in advance of your trip, but you can find all the information you need on our Before You Arrive page.
